THE “F” WORD

Hello everyone ,writing a blog after ages ,but i hope you all are keeping good !

Today want to talk about the oft neglected thing in our country, the “F” word ,you might mistaken it for some other thing but here i am talking about failure. You might me thinking why did i used F when i could have said failure only, its because we have treated it that way only ,we have never given it the importance it deserves, just always despised it ,I keep reading that people should be told financial lessons etc etc from childhood but what everyone need to be taught the most is how to deal with failures. Since childhood you have been succeeding and one fine day you fail and you dont even know how to react to it or how to deal with it because you have never been taught ,you have always seen failure being ridiculed.

Another thing is that people message that we understand what you are going through except for few people who will message that we really can’t understand what you are going through but we are there ,so here i want to say nobody understands other person’s failure ,every failure is different therefore you should only make the other person believe that we will be there instead of we understand, this is beautifully sunmed up by Javed akhtar when he says

तल्ख़ियाँ कैसे न हूँ अशआ'र में ,

हम पे जो गुज़री हमें है याद सब !

Now to talk about what failure does to you, it really hits and hurts you ,you dont like talking to people ,you dont want those sympathies, you dont like picking up calls, you just want to cry your heart out because sometimes you expect something in life and when it does not go that way it really moves you upside down…you start feeling sad not only for yourself but for also those who believed in you day in and day out ,they will continue to believe but you feel like a loser…however thats life it humbles you in its own way ,you have to keep your head high and spirits higher …

Now i wont like to make it more lengthy ,I hope it does resonates with you all ,but here i remember Joel Osteen’s word “You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It wont happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I’m moving on with my life.”

So lets learn to embrace failure alike and lets start treating it as one event in life rather than looking at it as if some heavens have fallen !

Here i would like to end with Parveen Shakeer’s lines who says

“ मज़ा तो तब है कि तुम हार के भी हँसते रहो, हमेशा जीत ही जाना कमाल थोड़ी है”

So lets keep on moving,Cheers to everyone who is trying hard in life !

Hang in there and believe me “That does not kill you only makes you stronger.”

Love

A.

  4. Summed up so well. The often neglected failure is actually what everyone faces at some part in their life. We need to normalise failure too & help each other to grow as Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam defines Fail as First Attempt in Learning. U presented it so well. Keep writing.
